Uniquely, our cleaning products are highly concentrated. Depending on the nature and extent of the contamination and/or the surface to be cleaned, the cleaning products can be simply diluted with water.
In our view, the use of single-use plastic is out of date. Multibright therefore consciously opts for recycling. From an environmental point of view, this is the best choice. For this reason, we supply Multibright cleaning agents in jerry cans with accompanying spray bottles. These bottles can be reused over and over again. We collect the empty jerry cans and reuse them. In this way we contribute to a cleaner world: no extra waste and no unnecessary use of disposable plastic.
And we are doing more! Follow our mission against single-use plastics during the Ocean Health Expedition, an initiative of Van Oord, in partnership with Multibright and In The Same Boat!
We are proud to look back on the Ocean Health expedition, a unique collaboration between Van Oord, MultiBright BV, In The Same Boat, and Ocean Health. Last spring and summer, we worked together to make a significant contribution to a plastic-free ocean. From Stavanger to the Lofoten Islands and back to Rotterdam, we removed no less than 100 tons of plastic from the sea.
This expedition was more than a cleanup; it was a powerful step toward a sustainable future. Plastic pollution poses a serious threat to our oceans, and with this initiative we sent an important message: it is time to take action. At MultiBright, we were honored to play an active role, not only by participating in the expedition, but also by offering our biodegradable cleaners to the shipping industry. Less plastic consumption and less pollution were core values of our work, which fit perfectly with the expedition's mission.
The Ocean Health expedition was just the beginning.
